We currently deliver our religious jewelry domestically in the US.
We ship all orders simultaneously and in full.
Orders placed by 12 pm Eastern Time are shipped the same business day or the following day. Standard shipping takes an estimated 3-5 days to arrive unless you select a faster shipping method. It is important to note that there may be delays due to several factors including delay in payment verification, peak season or holiday time, inclement weather, and Covid-19 delays. Shipping dates are based on business days and they do not include weekends and holidays.
If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout
You may request a Return Authorization within 14 days, provided it has not been worn and in the original packaging. You will be notified via email that your return has been received by us and is undergoing inspection. After inspections have been completed and a refund is approved, you have the option to either get a replacement with an identical piece or a refund to the original payment method.
The Mommenti.com website takes strict precautions and uses the latest website security measures to protect your information. We use SSL to encrypt and transmit payment information during checkout and account sign-in to ensure the security and privacy of our customers.
On Mommenti.com, it is quite easy to manage your shipment. Once the order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. The availability of a tracking number depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. If you select a shipping method that provides a tracking number, you will receive the information via email.

If your order has not yet been processed, you can contact us and request for order cancellation or modification.

You may return an item within 30 days, provided the item has not been worn and intact with the original packing included.

We are not able to accept refunds on customized items. The one exception is if we made an error with your order.

Your Mommenti Sterling Silver jewelry is plated with rhodium to inhibit tarnish and add a rich tone to your product. Avoid contact with chemicals, cleaning agents, beauty products, soap and water. Make sure to apply beauty products before wearing your beautiful Mommenti piece.
All rhodium-plated, yellow gold-plated and rose gold-plated Sterling Silver items include a 90-day warranty. If your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. In case your item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with an identical piece or refund your account if you choose.
